The unusual Thanksgiving event operates from November 25 through December 22, offering free bonus story content for Shadows players.

According to the authorized statement, "An unusual encounter pulls heroes Naoe and Yasuke into a new adventure, where rumors of banned rituals and fearsome changes echo through the shadows." The plot features a "oddly attired woman named Ada" who tasks the pair with traveling into the Crystalline Cavern—a key location from Attack on Titan—to liberate her friend from a secret cult.
The questline centers on "bizarre experiments and a monstrous adversary" and is open to all players who have gained access to the Yasuke character.
Recognizable Places and Metamorphoses
The teaser highlights the Underground Chapel from Attack on Titan redesigned as the Crystal Cave. This significant location was previously where the Reiss royal family passed down the Founding Titan ability through ages. The trailer finishes with a striking sequence showing a character, likely the prisoner, changing into a Titan that looms over Naoe and Yasuke.
Exclusive Items and Extra Features
Players who successfully complete the mission will receive an exclusive katana alongside numerous artifacts hidden throughout the area in concealed chests. The update also contains premium Attack on Titan item packs, offering:
